About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) to join our growing team in Narellan. This position offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to balance community visits with remote work from home when completing reports, planning sessions, or delivering telehealth services.
You’ll provide assessment and intervention for a diverse caseload, supporting clients to develop communication, language, voice, and swallowing skills to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to client goals
  • Deliver services in-home, at school, in the community, clinic, or via telehealth
  • Prepare detailed therapy plans, reports, and progress documentation
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other Allied Health professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience (graduates with strong clinical placement experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Check
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
